Refund Policy
Thank you for supporting KanioeraArt. Due to the unique and limited nature of my original artworks and prints, please review my strict final sale policy below.
All sales are final. I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed, except where required by law.
Damaged or Defective Items
I only acknowledge exceptions to my final sale policy in the case of items damaged during transit or manufacturing defects. In these rare instances, I will work with you to provide a replacement once the damage is verified.
How to Report an Issue
To report a damaged item, please contact me at kanioeraart@gmail.com within 48 hours of your delivery date. Please include your order number and high-quality photos of both the item and the packaging it arrived in.
